With our new Sponsor-a-Trainee program, your donation will help these women build better lives for themselves, their families and their community, through entrepreneurship and leadership training.
They will also gain confidence and establish stronger personal networks with the other women in the program.
Sponsoring a woman in this program, comprising the entire, year-long training, is $1,500 CAD, and it offers a unique opportunity to be personally connected to the woman that you are supporting
At the completion of the program, the ASSET training and the 1-year of coaching, sponsors will receive a letter from the candidate covering her experience in the program and the impact it has had on her life.
Sponsors can be individuals, groups, clubs or families –it’s up to you.
As always, we accept monthly or 1-time donation plans, and donations can be given by cheque via regular mail, or online through our website. The Sponsor-a-Trainee program begins on Giving Tuesday November 27, please follow us on Facebook and indicate which candidate you’d like to sponsor.
We encourage all of you to try this new way of giving to complete your end-of-year donations that will qualify as charitable giving for your Canadian income tax year.
